Hermione Hat
Needles: Two knitpicks options circulars in size 7
Yarn: Cascade 220, one skein in color # 4148
Pattern Source: atypicallyknit
Started: March 21st
Finished: March 28th
Thoughts: At first I thought I looked ridiculous in the hat. I'm not
usually a fan of bobbles, but these bobbles really seemed to add to the
hat. This is a pattern made to be a fan knit project, for Harry Potter,
but I just really liked the design, and opted for a purple-y hue rather
than the rich red it was in the movie. Nicely written pattern, and I
now love the hat.
I'm also working on two other projects. I am taking that class I talked about, although its usefullness sort of ran out, because now I know how to Fair Isle! I've been working on my anemoi mittens slowly. Here's my progress:
Back
Front
I started working on Wicked, but I couldn't see a thing. I'm going to have to buy new yarn (OH NOZ!) and use the Berroco Ultra Alpaca for something else.
So instead of Wicked, I stared knitting Blithe. The instructions kind of baffle me sometimes with how they're written. I'll muddle through somehow.
So cute!
Lovin' those mitts, Jenn. :D

Your Hermione hat is adorable--I think the bobbles totally work. And yea Blithe! I am almost to the armholes. So fun.
